1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FutureCloud ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FutureCloud provides a management interface for cloud hosting services, specifically focusing on Vercel and Render platforms. Our service includes deployment tracking, resource monitoring, and credential management dashboard features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any activity that:

• Violates any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempts to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Automates access to the Service (crawling, scraping) without prior authorization.
• Strains our infrastructure or the infrastructure of our partners (Vercel, Render).

5. API Credentials & Security

FutureCloud requires your API tokens for Vercel and Render to function. While we implement industry-standard encryption to protect these credentials, you acknowledge that you provide them at your own risk. You are encouraged to use restricted-scope tokens wherever possible.

6. Fees & Payments

FutureCloud may offer both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. FutureCloud reserves the right to change its pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
